FTP files using Windows built-in capabilities

Following is a video demonstration of accessing your FTP account on our servers via Windows built-in FTP capabilities. This demonstration was done using Windows XP Pro (Service Pack 3). The same method applies to Windows 2000 and Windows Vista, however the actual icons and tools may appear differently in these other versions of Windows. If you need capabilities that go beyond the basic FTP access in Windows, you will need to install a third-party FTP Client application (e.g., CuteFTP, Filezilla, FTP Voyager).*
